Most FAQ tools give a site one FAQ. A single shared list, which is fine right up to the moment your delivery questions and your workshop questions end up in the same accordion. FAQ Sections and Search gives you as many separate sections as you need. Build one for delivery, one for returns, one for each service you sell, then put each one on the page it belongs to. They never mix. Search stays inside the section it sits on. Someone reading your delivery page and searching gets delivery answers, never a stray result from another page. It runs in the visitor's browser, so it is instant and costs you nothing. Nothing is ever added to a page for you. The element appears exactly where you drag it, and nowhere else. No forced home-page section. You can see which questions get opened and which answers people mark unhelpful, so you learn what your FAQ is missing instead of guessing.
