Class Gift Orders is for parent associations and schools that run a gift shop: a Christmas gift bag shop, a Mother's Day or Father's Day shop, or a teacher gift collection. Parents choose their child and class once, then add a gift for each person on their list: Mum, Grandad Joe, Auntie May. Each gift shows a preview of its take-home label as they type. Before they can pay, the app checks every order: a name for each gift, the child's full name and class, and no two gifts for the same person by mistake (if a child adds two Nannies, it asks for a fuller name). Parents pay through your site's normal basket and checkout. For the organisers, the app turns the orders into a helpers' sheet sorted by class, a sheet for each class, a spreadsheet, and labels to print on Avery sheets. Set the dates orders open and close, and the order box shows a countdown before opening and closes itself afterwards. A free test mode lets you place test orders before launch. The items you sell are made by the app and bought only through its order box, so every order goes through the questions and checks. They aren't listed in your store, and they arrive in your orders like any other sale.
