Use this online form builder to add a contact form, an inquiry form or a request form to any page, an order form for your products, or a feedback form after an event. The live preview uses the same code as the published form, so what you see while editing is what visitors get. Build an application form, such as a job or tutor application form, across several pages with a multi-step layout. Show questions only when they apply: a rule can show a follow-up question when a choice is picked. The form builder offers text, email, phone, date, dropdown, checkbox and rating fields, plus 30 ready-made form templates. Submissions are emailed to the addresses you choose, with an optional autoresponder to the person who filled in the form. Emails go out within a monthly sending allowance; every answer is always kept in your dashboard, even if an email can't be sent. Export answers to CSV, or send them to a webhook for your own tools. Over 100 submissions a month on Free, new answers are kept and shown after you upgrade or when the next month starts. Can send people to your own PayPal, Stripe or Square payment link after they submit. We never handle the money. No Google Sheets connection.
