Many customers intend to book again but simply forget. RebookLoop helps by sending each customer a reminder when their next visit is likely to be due. When an appointment is confirmed, RebookLoop schedules a friendly email for a time you choose, such as six weeks after a haircut or six months after a check-up. You can set one interval for all services or a different one for each service. The email includes a button that links to that service's booking page, which makes it easy for the customer to pick a new time. If the customer books again before the reminder is due, or cancels their appointment, the reminder is not sent. Your dashboard lists each reminder and shows how many customers booked again within 30 days of being reminded, along with the value of those bookings. Reminders are sent through your site's Automations, so you can change the wording and design of the email whenever you like. Customer data is stored in your own site, RebookLoop uses no cookies, and a free plan is available so you can try it before upgrading.
