Finantiae shows how money moves through your business in one place. It reads the orders and online payments of your site together with the payments and expenses you record, and builds a single ledger with income, expenses, net cash flow and receivables for the last 30 days, 90 days or 12 months. A monthly chart compares income and expenses. Filter the ledger by month, type or text, record cash payments, transfers and bills to pay later, and export it to a CSV file. The receivables and payables view lists unpaid orders, open invoices, purchase orders and pending bills, so you can record a payment, pay a supplier or mark a bill as paid from the same screen. The break-even calculator turns your monthly costs and the investment you want to recover into a daily sales target and compares it with what you have collected this month. Recurring costs appear as reminders in the cash flow so you can record them each month. Finantiae installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
