Give your customers order tracking right on your site. Add the courier and tracking number to an order in your dashboard, and signed-in customers see the delivery status of their own orders without typing anything in. For each order, pick the courier from a list of more than 1,000 and enter one tracking number, or several when an order ships in more than one package. Every tracked order sits in one shipments table you can search by order ID, with its courier and handover date, and the overview shows your recent shipments and how many were delivered, failed or hit an exception over the dates you choose. On your site, customers who are signed in as members see a list of their orders. Opening one shows a shipment timeline with the courier, a status badge for in transit, delivered or exception, and a tracking number they can copy. Match the tracker to your site with your own fonts, colors, text and images, so checking an order status feels like part of your store.
