    No ability for customers to switch plans....How is there still no ability for a customer to "upgrade" their plans or switch to a different plan and the system automatically can credit them. It is the BIGGEST pain to keep...

    Lacking Multilingual featuresIt works, but when you switch to another language, there is no way to change the language as it is not connected to CMS, so this should be improved a lot.
