Booking inquiries arrive while you're with a client, driving, or away from your laptop. This app puts them on your phone the second they happen. When someone submits a booking inquiry on your site, you get an instant SMS or WhatsApp message with everything you need to follow up: the customer's name and phone number, the service they asked about, and the date and time they requested. No refreshing your inbox, no missed leads. Setup takes about a minute. Enter the phone number where you want alerts, choose SMS or WhatsApp, switch automation on, and send yourself a test message to confirm it works. There's no external messaging account to create or connect. Every service can have its own message template. Insert customer details, booking details, or any custom field from that service's booking form, so each alert reads exactly the way you want it. The delivery log shows what happened with every alert, including any that failed and the reason why. Notifications never interfere with your bookings either: if a message can't be sent, the booking still goes through and the problem is simply recorded for you to review.
