Orders post to QuickBooks as invoices or sales receipts
Stock stays matched with QuickBooks within seconds
Products, prices and costs sync both ways, matched by SKU
Cancel an order and the QuickBooks invoice is voided
QuickSync connects your store to QuickBooks Online and keeps the two in step, so your books reflect what you have sold without manual entry.
Orders are passed to QuickBooks as invoices, or as sales receipts where payment has already been taken, carrying line items, customer details and totals with them. A cancelled order voids the matching invoice, so the two records do not drift apart.
Products and stock move in both directions. QuickSync matches your variants to QuickBooks items by SKU and keeps names, descriptions, prices, costs and quantities aligned. A sale reduces the quantity held on the QuickBooks item, and an adjustment made in QuickBooks is reflected back on your store, usually within a few seconds. Quantity tracking applies to QuickBooks Inventory items; Service and NonInventory items are left alone.
Connecting takes nothing more than signing in to Intuit and choosing the company you want to work with. Syncing then runs in the background, and the dashboard shows what has synced and flags anything needing a second look.
QuickSync supports other sales channels, so a business selling in more than one place can keep catalogue, stock and accounting aligned in one place.
