Smartarget Google Reviews is a widget that shows reviews from your Google Business Profile on your website. Visitors can read what previous customers wrote about your business while they are still on your page, instead of searching for your business on Google separately.
The widget presents each review with the reviewer name, the star rating and the review text, in a layout that is intended to sit comfortably alongside the rest of your content. You decide which ratings are included, so a store that prefers to present only its four and five star reviews can do that, while a business that wants to show all feedback can leave every rating visible.
Appearance settings cover colors, text and placement, so the widget can be aligned with the look of the site it appears on. It is configured from the Smartarget dashboard, and does not require editing the code of your site.
Customer feedback is one of the signals people consider when they are deciding whether to order from a business they do not know yet. Smartarget Google Reviews is designed to make that feedback easier to find, by keeping it visible on the pages where visitors are already looking.
