For businesses that take appointment and service bookings: a customer who cannot find a free time joins the waitlist on your booking page instead of leaving. You hear about it at once, in your dashboard and in the owner app. The form installs itself with the app, nothing to place in an editor. Made for one-to-one appointments and services, not class rosters: when a booking is cancelled the next person gets a booking link, and the time goes to whoever books first. It re-checks your calendar first and works down the list in the order people joined. The link says the time is not held. Whoever misses out is shown what else is open and stays on the list. Confirmations and links come from your own site's sender. A request holds a name, an email and an optional phone number, saved to your contacts under the label Waitlist, kept 12 months and deleted if you remove the app. Free for 5 alerts a month; later ones that month are still taken and listed, just not alerted. The Standard plan is $3.99 a month, or $2.99 a month paid yearly with a 14-day trial, and it alerts every request, sends links on its own and keeps a year of history.
