Smart Order Fields lets you add custom fields to every order and fill them automatically — no code, no developer required. Set up fields once. Add a "Warehouse" dropdown, a "Priority" picker, a "Gift note" text box, anything your workflow needs. They appear on every order in your dashboard. Then write rules that fill those fields for you. "If shipping country is US, set Warehouse to North-East." "If order total is over $200, set Priority to High." The next order arrives already tagged. Hide fields when you're done with them. Archived fields disappear from new orders but stay on old ones, so historical reporting never breaks. Bring them back any time.
