Arrivals: Check-in & Badges 概覽

Print name badges with check-in QR codes
Print compact tickets and drink or meal tickets
Check guests in from any phone or laptop at the door
Search, filter and export your guest list

Hand every guest a proper name badge. Choose an event, pick a format, and print badges with each guest's name, ticket type and a check-in QR code on standard letter paper. Compact paper tickets and drink or meal tickets work the same way, with as many per guest as you need. Guests without a name on file get a line to write it in. On the day, open Door Check-in on any phone or laptop. Scan a ticket or badge with a handheld scanner, type the ticket number, or search a name. You see at once whether it is valid, already used, or not on the list, and the live count shows who is still to arrive. Several staff can check guests in together. The Guest List page shows one row per ticket with search, arrival filters, bulk check-in and a spreadsheet export. Works with your ticketed and RSVP events. Requires the Events & Tickets app on your site.
