אינטגרציה חלקית - שירות חלקיכל פעם שיש עדכון פונקציה בוויקס - המערכת מפסיקה לעבוד. כמו כן - פשוט אין שירות. לא ניתן להשיג את אנשי השירות. פניות נענות בצ'אט כעבור ארבעים דקות במקרה הטוב

יש הרבה בעיות עם אינטגרציההרבה בעיות עם אינטגרציה, חישובי מע"מ לא נכונים, חשבוניות שלא מופקות או חשבוניות כפולות, לא מפקים חשבוניות כאשר שולם עם לינק לתשלום ועוד... כבר כמה חודשים פונה לתמיכה ובעיות לא נפתרות, מרגיש שלא מטפלים...

ממשק נהדר עם המערכת.אני מאוד מרוצה מהשירות והממשק עם המערכות של ויקס. החיסרון היחידי הוא הגבלת המסמכים עבור העלות החודשית בתוכנית פריים. אם אתם מפיקים יותר מ-500 מסמכים בחודש, בידקו חלופות.
