Mark B and the team are amazing. Mark not only was responsive but listened to what I was looking for. The end result was a beautiful website that I honestly couldn't have come close to doing myself. I greatly appreciate Wix.com for having them on their list of professionals....

They did an amazing job, communication was excellent, and timing was great. I highly recommend. My designer gave me more than 20 designs to choose from and worked with me to drill down on a design style that fit my business and represented me in the best fashion. I couldn't ask for anything more...

Kattie was absolutely fantastic. She made sure to take my vision and turn it into a a real logo for my small business. I am more than happy with the work they have done and will refer them to anyone I can. Kattie made sure to answer all emails promptly and her communication was top notch. If I ever need a website or anything made I know I will be coming back to them....

10COM WEB DESIGN and Kattie were awesome to work with when I came to them about creating logos, business card designs, and letterheads for my upcoming business. Everything, including the creative designs themselves, the ability to go back and forth during the design process to dial in details, the timeliness of the design process, and the very reasonable pricing for the whole package are all reasons why I would use them again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend anyone reach out to 10COM for their branding design needs....

came to 10com, for their efficiency in doing the work and their help in putting a website and logo together. My journey with them was not the case at all. I understand you need a lot of information to understand what the client wants to build a website then, so it took me hours to put some files together to explain my vision. But it was not enough, the company is just copying and pasting your information, and no expert is behind you to help you decide what will make the more sense. I end up doing all the work and they are taking up to 5 days to send you back the change and I had to send it back because of mistakes. I will not recommend it. just do it by yourself and don't spend $900...

Unfortunately, upon reviewing the communication trail the statements do not depict the actual chain of events. The client has stated that she loved the work that was done i.e. logo and website design on more than one occasion. The firm over delivered on what is included in the package purchased. Every request was addressed well ahead of the expected turnaround time, and most of the requests were addressed within 24 hours. ... 0.0
Best thing I've done in 15 years! They have been nothing but amazing and the timing was beyond great!...
