Sadly the assistant / tech support wasn't able to do much more than I already achieved. The issue still remains and is quite disappointing. When you search carldixon.com it comes up with tour dates from years back and not the current 2024 tour dates page. $75 for the "expert" was a waste of money....

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It seems there was some miscommunication regarding the task. The $75 fee was for updating the website with redirects. This website update wouldn't necessarily reflect on search engines immediately, as they take some time to re-index changes.
