Dark Matter Digital was quick to respond initially regarding my SEO request. Promised a 4-5 business day for the project (pretty basic). Ended up taking 1.5 months, which because very frustrating. Communication broke down and I had to continually follow up for updates. I felt like once I paid the project cost up front, I was tossed to the back of the line only to be dealt with when time allowed....

Brandon was quick to respond and provided a simple form right away. I paid for the original work and said I was more than happy to pay for all the extra revisions I was going to need to make this form work for our company. I set up a time to talk via phone to go over everything and he never called. Never answered my calls or emails. I would not recommend Dark Matter Digital....

They insisted on us paying them in order for them to release the website to us. Once the payment was issued, we never heard from them again, inspite of them not having finished the website. The phone and tablet versions of the website needed a lot of work and they simply ghosted us once they received the full payment. We ended up completing the website on our own. Very unprofessional....

Dark Matter Digital explained in detail how to provide my website professionally. They updated my site until I was happy with it and offered guidance after completing the service. I highly recommend them. They are affordable and efficient....

The owner, Brandon was great to work with initially. However, as time went on, the communication went downhill. We were initially told the process would only take 1-2 weeks, but that turned into a month. Most of the time we did not receive any updates unless we asked and didn't even get a first draft of the website until almost a month in.
The website appeared to be mostly completed, so we made the final payment and then the same day we noticed some things were not completed from what we first agreed upon. Now, they seemingly took the money and ran because we can no longer get a hold of Dark Matter Digital to make these edits.
They were also supposed to migrate our website to a different server so it was faster and that way we could take advantage of their discounted hourly rate each month- of which we were initially told this would be included with hiring them. Brandon had us upgrade our Wix plan to the "ascend" tier to take advantage of this and then proceeded to ghost us. We have tried emails, calls, texts and all met with radio silence....
