Erin did get me set up with a website. He designed a site that I can use as an author for sharing my book and probably work with by adding text. He was virtually unresponsive with my texts and emails and did not add the features I asked him to. The site is decent but looks like a quick job although it took several weeks. I feel I wasted a lot of money by trusting Wix with a job I should have hired elsewhere. Will not use again or recommend. ...

Was the worst experience I've ever had with any company ever in the United States. Was told it would take 2 days to complete, but ended up taking two weeks. Not a big deal, but there was NO communication from ER Digital Marketing. I emailed and never got a response. I texted and got ignored. He did answer when I would call, but would just say it was ready and dragged on for 2 weeks. The page wasn't personalized and was just a template. I'm sitting here now having to redo the entire thing. Not sure if they just don't have the labor or what, but I would stay far, far away from ER Marketing. ...
