Eric is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and patient. I am new to the website creation process so I leaned on Eric for a lot of direction and his expertise. He would respond to my emails immediately and was never afraid to pick up the phone. He was kind and patient explaining what he was going to do and how the process would work. He did a lot of hand holding. He was very efficient and was able to complete the project much more quickly than I had anticipated. My website project needed databases and, thankfully, Eric made the process look simple. This was definitely not Eric's first rodeo.
