Susie is professional, approachable and very knowledgeable. She was full of ideas for our website refresh but really listened to what I needed and wanted. She made the effort to come and visit our shop and spent time understanding our ethos etc. Her ability to work on the SEO for us in invaluable as I haven't got a clue. Susie explained what needed to be done and why. We recently had our Facebook page hacked and Susie has (and still is) worked to link everything back up for us.
