I am an architectural designer with a highly developed sense for what I am looking for with the design of my website. I ran into some issues with some of the built in features offered by Wix and needed help creating a custom format that would enable me to achieve the results I was seeking. OMG! Serena is the best decision I have made, to date, for my new business.
She is a true professional, skilled in REALLY LISTENING to her clients. She dives right-in, asking strategic questions, so she can create just the right look and feeling for your website, and blog. In my case this was extremely important since I was a complete novice, I didn't have a clue, and could never have done this myself. The only thing I did know was my on-line presence was imperative to my business success. She is quick, not only in her responses to correspondence, but in her exceptionally creative designing ability. Her optimism is boundless, she is warm, kind, sincerely caring, yet efficient and business-like. She loves what she does!
Serena took me under her wing and educated me as to what works and details you need to know, without so much as a hint of impatience. There was a number of changes during the design process, due to my lack of knowledge/experience, and she handled all brilliantly; instinctively choosing the perfect solutions. Her prices were very reasonable, her experience is obvious and her creativity unlimited!
My website is light and airy, keeping your attention - with a bright blue deep sparkling ocean, just the right sunshine brilliance, uplifting, informative, easy to use, and fun - when you see it, you just want to jump inside and become part of the scenery! She has created a beautiful and functional palette on which I can now create a brilliant business! I could not be happier with her work! I will continue to work with Serena for on-line design products like another blog and logos, etc...

I love my new website that Serena designed for me. She did everything she promised and was very easy to work with. She completed the project within the time frame she promised. Any time I had questions she was always quick to respond and help out in any way. I tried to build my own website and after getting quickly frustrated I reached out to Serena and I am very happy I did. Serena is amazing!!!...
