Jessica is nothing short of intrepid in her acumen as a web designer. Her intuitive and holistic approach hit a home run with what I was looking for spiritually and with gravitas for my book promotion site targeting publishers and literary agents. Aside from her artistic prowess, her business side is on point as well. Very good with timelines, deadlines, and hyper-responsive to the needs of the client when it comes to major and minor editorial changes--and, she gets them right! She has great design and artistic qualities. I really hope her personal life is ok. I haven't been able to reach her for over 19 days. I paid her in full trusting that she would finish her work and I am still waiting for her. Terrible communicator. If she had personal issues the least she could do is send a note and I would have understood. No emails, no text, not phone calls.
Now I am having to scramble to find someone to finish her work. I am now behind two weeks plus additional cost.
Sorry to say but I cannot recommend her. Super unhappy!...

I appreciate your high praise in my design skills, I too was very excited to launch this project. Unfortunately, because of the continued delays in providing the content I needed to complete the job, the timeline of this project extended well over the contracted period. In addition, my repeated asks for you to respect my time in regard to scheduling calls ahead of time largely went ignored. Sadly, this all & more resulted in the termination of the project. I would absolutely strongly recommend Jessica Trumpour to anybody who's seeking a beautiful, functional, intuitively designed website. She delivered a considerably better website than I expected and I am more than satisfied. This is particularly cool because my work and business are very unusual and she captured my message with rare insight. People get it and love the website and the way it is designed. Jessica was easy to work with as well. Beautiful work, reasonably priced, and certainly a bargain for the quality of work received....

Jessica was great! We were able to work with her effectively even though we were 6 hours apart in time zones. The only issue We ran into was that she didn't always reply all and so we had to re-add team members to the email chain at times. She was very professional and did a great job. We would recommend her to anyone working to revamp their site....
