I spoke to John and said I'd like to know what G.A. is and I'd like him to walk me through it. Also wanted to know why some pages didn't index. We made an appt for a zoom session on a Fri. afternoon. You and I spoke the early evening after I had to leave my office to attend to picking up my sick child from school unexpectedly. I offered to jump on a call and review the work that evening or following day. The reports were delivered and offered to train you on how to properly change the settings on your pages to not encounter the same issues in the future. The work was completed on our end with the exception of the training you declined. Small task and service work is a standard of billing prior to work being started. I paid for services to be done on my website on Monday the 28th. We had an appointment on Tuesday to go over the changes made. I text him to call at 12:00, he did and said he didn't have time to make changes, and we rescheduled for Wednesday at 12:00 again. I Called and texted him and got no response. An hour and a half has gone by and Johnny! Absolutely no work has been done my website. This is uncalled for from a rep. on Wix. I Disputed the charge. I just can't believe this happened.

It is stand practice for small task projects to take the 2 hours of payment up front in order to start the work. The timeline from the start Sunday was pushed back as you did not submit the payment until the following evening. Work can not be preformed on a service request without payment. This was explained on the call the following day. We also agreed to not have this be a quick immediate turn around. I attempted to call you once I was available an hour later. We appreciate your feedback and apologize we could not meet your needs on a quicker turn around. ...
I literally spent all day reaching out to WIX develpment partners. Jonny was the last person I tried and he called me back within minutes
He not only called me back, he worked to find and fix the issue I had while I was on the phone! I am sure not all things can be identified and fixed this quickly but it was incredible that he dug into the problem immediately. In addition, he gave me the guidence I needed to move forward without his help. WHAT?! No question who I call next time.

Hey Megan! Giving us a one star and questioning the integrity of your site is unfortunate. Hard to get a real quote or give a customer a deep dive without viewing the backend. This is also the point of the arena and collaboration dashboard. Your site needs a full overhaul and we spoke about the fact that you did not want to do that. This is why we did not continue with a proposal. Feel free to call or email WIX support so you can verify that our user history shows zero trace or changes made to your site. This is a great way of going about your concerns since they track or can explain to you the integrity of the reps they hand select for the arena. Hope this helps in lending some clarity on the integrity of the arena and your website....
