Melanie's customer service and positive attitude towards project completion is the best that I've experienced on Wix.
She was extremely patient and understanding during the entire design process, and created exactly what I need in a timely fashion.

Melanie was so amazing to work with! We were in different time zones but she was so quick to respond to my questions and site edits that the website revamp moved along at a really quick pace. She was super patient to answer all of my questions and did so many rounds of edits until the site was just perfect. I'm really happy with the end product. Melanie knows the WIX platform really well and will try a lot of tricks and workarounds to try to get your site to look the way you want it to. This shows her dedication to producing a great site for her client. She really goes above and beyond. I always appreciated the additional detail, why she chose one design style over another and her input about my different options. She was really easy to work with and I highly recommend her!...

Melanie is a GEM! I was very nervous to hand over my website to someone else, as I created my site myself and it was my baby. Melanie walked me through it and initially went page by page with me and asked me what I wanted to change and made a to-do list of items. She then offered me the choice to just do those things or to refresh the entire site. I went with the entire site option. She then designed only 1 page at a time and consulted with me every step of the way to get my feedback and see if I liked the direction it was going in. She also created a page for me and did some nice galleries and created a shop for me. Melanie took all my feedback and gladly changed what I wanted to make it the best it could be. Her design eye is clean, organized, and beautiful. I really felt we were a team on redesigning my website and she didn't mind if I did or did not like something and she never took anything personal if I didn't like it. I would like to mention that I have worked with others before on design aspects like my logo and business cards and found it frustrating and quite the opposite of working with Melanie. I highly recommend Melanie to help you design your website!...

It was such a pleasure working with Melanie. From the start she understood exactly the 'look and feel' I was going for and executed it perfectly. Even though we had over 9 hour time difference, Melanie still got back to me promptly, answering all my questions and making any requested changes. I could not have done this without her help! Melanie and Robert did such an amazing job on our website. I've had poor experiences with contractors on UpWork and Fiverr; this was such a breath of fresh air. Their communication throughout the process was professional, timely and courteous. Their work was perfect. They put up with constant questions and change-orders from us.
