The father and son have a quality of explaining and suggesting changes without being patronizing.
I suggest that know your intentions. Jared is exceedingly persuasive; I have a website larger than the motivation to manage (at times).
However, Maitreya's ability to balance his IT knowledge with his gentleness cannot be taught, correct? This is one reason Belief Is Not Required exists--to answer questions of an intangible nature.
