I am a neophyte at web design. I was not able to create a fairly simple site and became frustrated. RPS walked me through the process and found a problem with a pop-up blocker in my browser, not something that was covered in the contract, but they gave me the solution. I would have never found this myself. The lady I worked with was patient and did not talk down to a beginner. I felt that they quoted a reasonable price and provided more than my monies worth. I am a skeptic when it comes to paying for tech support. This time it was money well spent. Well Done RPS!!!...

Ursula did a nice job for us! She listened well to what we needed done and very quickly did it, as I'd told her we were in a time crunch to go live. She also helped me out afterwards teaching me how to do something in the edits that was needed....
