Sylvex was extremely helpful! She was proficient in her knowledge of WIX and was able to fix my website promptly and to my expectations. She was able to suggest several updates that she could complete for my business website also.

Really disappointed with the service provided. I was not consulted before a lot of text was changed and replaced with unprofessional wording lacking any coherence. It would also be nice to see the person I'm working with rather than them communicating with me via Zoom with the camera turned off. When I read through the page meta descriptions I was so that someone had not shown me the text prior to publishing. I have had to change each one. I am a professional behaviour analyst who works with young autistic children and their families and whoever wrote the descriptions thought it was ok to use language like 'grooming autistic children'. So unprofessional!...

Thank you for your feedback, we will use it to improve our services. As per your project manager, the "wording lacking any coherence" was the dummy text used to set up the structure of the pages which was replaced by the actual content before handing over the site to you. Sally was absolutely fantastic to work with. I gave her a website I had created and asked her to improve it to get closer to the front page with Google searches. We were at that time appearing on page 8. She made the site even better than what I had hoped for and is absolutely great to work with. Our website is now getting closer and closer to the front page in Google searches and currently on page 2. I would highly recommend Sally....
