Nicole called instead of emailed me when I requested some help with the website which instantly scored points with me. Amazingly easy to talk to, helpful, personable and a great human. I'm in complete control of the website and any time i want to learn how something is done, I'm shown, which means I can do my own tweaks when she is busy with other clients.
