In the end, the site was not functional and I had to do it ALL myself and from scratch.
So many promises were made, none upheld. The site wasn't up in time, most calls were either no-shows or late, and continued customer support also didn't exist.
I'm out $584 and for a small business like mine, it just stinks. If you hire them, don't pay upfront. Or Just - Don't!
The only customer satisfaction recovery would be a refund....
