WebOWise Technologies is, by far, the worst web developer. From the get-go, when I supplied them a simple PowerPoint deck with text and narrative already written out for them, and in font colours I already selected, it took them months and an innumerable amount of corrections because, WebOWise Technologies is simply unable to copy and paste from a simple website content document. Instead, they would write or copy some website template, which of course, made no sense whatsoever and I had to tell them and show them my simple PowerPoint document over and over and over again. It took WebOWise to complete and enable my simple website to go live in a period of 4 months. Again, I stress: four months. If I didn't message them, nothing would get done. And when I did message requesting for progress updates, it would take them weeks to respond with a visual or creative to demonstrate progress to which, and again, they simply are incapable of complying to instructions which again, is really just copying all I have written for them on said PowerPoint. Since Friday, the website finally went live, after four months from start of project, and they didn't tell me at all. They told me only because on Saturday, I realised that I could not receive emails and as an afterthought and to deflect the email disabling mess and disaster, they told me my website is live. It is now Sunday and WebOWise has completely been unable to solve my email issues. Thankfully, I called Wix and the server paths have been fixed. I have just terminated WebOWise with a polite note explaining the depths of their ineptitude; along with the fact they are also very, very rude. Thank you....
