WSI Commandix was very professional, easy to work with and very responsive to questions regarding ideas that came up along the way. I had a strong sense of them "being on the same page" as us when thinking how the website would look when finished. They understood our vision - extremely important when embarking on a look and feel for what branding message you're trying to portray to the outside world. I would highly recommend working with this company. Great communication and assistance every step of the way....

Firstly all my communication with Lenny was brilliant. He has great ideas, listens well and is a brilliant communicator. However, after waiting for my project to be worked on - at first glance it didn't look aesthetically how I'd imagined - far from it. I was confused by this and had to a wait a weekend with a not-so-great live website until Lenny was able to rectify this for me.
My advice would be to take you site down whilst it's being worked on and agree firm dates as to when the project is completed.
Overall Lenny was very helpful and in the end he fixed all the design flaws and did this in the time he said he would....

In my 70's I often find myself confused by the jargon and the sheer number of steps to learn how to launch a website. Lenny simpliflied everything and did it so well I decided to hire him to help me finish. I would receommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who wanted cyber stuff explained and managed well.
