So far the website looks amazing. Their communication is A 1. They're always on task. They definitely reach out when you have a problem or when it's necessary. Working with this company wasn't to my liking. It started out fine, but went sharply downhill after I raised a concern about getting a monthly fee of $169.00 for 'advanced site management' before the site was finished. I raised this concern to my project manager, Natalia Z, as well as the owner, Kristen D, and the following day my site was given to me unfinished, but considered 'complete' on Wix marketplace.
