Woods for Learning: Re-Design Project Rob was asked to look at bringing some unity to the brand and website. Woods for Learning were keen to showcase a new look that reflected their ethos and company values. We were tasked with creating a new logo, a new website and structured branding that would work across all the activities the company run. The organisation is child friendly, so an emphasis on keeping the brand young and vibrant was key, also to project it's organic and natural focus on the environment. What the Customer thinks: Iris Digital Marketing Solutions had been superb. Rob was given brief of a rebrand of Woods for Learning CIC, the aim was to make a newer and fresher feel that had both child and adult at heart while maintaining the philosophy of Woods for Learning. The logo was the first step and then the website was built around the concept. A stunning interpretation of the brief that will mean the website and logo now matches the high quality and award winning programmes at Woods for Learning.

Canary Trail Events: Canary Trail Events approached Iris Digital to discuss a Website solution that could bring everything they offer under one banner. The Ultra Running Charity had found that their current website lacked a number of elements to do this and their current provider was struggling to understand their vision. The site needed to be dynamic, have a built in CRM system, Marketing Tools, Event Booking Systems, Members Area, Mapping Data and Payment Features. One of the most important aspects, was they needed to be able to manage, update and continually change information themselves. After many briefings and discussion, Iris Digital decided to use Wix Studio as the platform to host the new Website. Wix offered the most comprehensive features to house everything in one place. Wix Studio’s robust design tools allowed us to customise every detail, from layouts to animations, while its responsive design ensured that each page looked flawless on any device. With integrated Marketing features our client has the ability to seamlessly promote their events across their social channels as well as utilising Wix's integrated email campaigns for triggered responses and event updates We also chose Wix Studio for the platform's user-friendly dashboard, enabling the team at Canary Trail Events to easily update with little technical knowledge and with real-time collaboration tools, Iris and Canary Trail Events could brainstorm and tweak designs seamlessly, enhancing both the communication and efficiency of the whole project. What the Customer thinks... Working with Rob was a joy. He really knows his stuff, is responsive and communicates well. He hit every deadline we had and went above and beyond in getting our website up and running, with full backend CRM and financial functionality. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him. Canary Trail Events
Castlewood School: Castlewood School in Southwater, Horsham approached Iris Digital Marketing to discuss a Website solution that would showcase the school's values, ethos and learning provision. The current site had been in place for a number of years and had just been added to whenever updates were required, but lacked any structure and was starting to get difficult to navigate. Castlewood wanted something that every member of the school community would feel proud of and that parents and prospective parents could find all the information they needed without having to troll through hundreds of pages. After extensive discussions and planning, we selected Wix Studio as the platform to build and host the new school website. Wix Studio provided the most comprehensive features to centralise all the school’s needs in one place including: A new Parent Hub platform Weekly Newsletters Policy Documents School Prospectus Classroom Activities Term Topic Information The websites user-friendly dashboard, now allows the school staff to easily manage and update content whenever they need to and the weekly newsletters are now easily accessible through the website. The website needed to be constructed inline with the Dept of Educations strict guidelines, so all governance and reporting needed to be in an easily accessible place so parents could find information at the touch of a button.
