In the beginning, the communication sounded clear. He said he would handle everything, continue maintaining the website, and make edits without increasing the price. But during follow-up, the story changed. Suddenly I was told I needed to pay more for the same work. I also paid for Local Service but never received any updates or results. The pricing and promises kept changing, and the service was not reliable. I would not recommend this company....

Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry the process felt frustrating. For clarity: our SEO tech left multiple voicemails requesting the info needed to complete your Local Search setup, but we didn’t receive a response, so we couldn’t finish or send updates. Your website was delivered fully functional using Wix’s built-in booking system. The pricing only changed when you later requested integration with a third-party booking provider, which requires additional custom work outside the original scope. I’m still happy to complete that integration and can provide a clear cost and timeline if you’d like to move forward....
