The work was average even though they offered a couple of changes to a logo the variety in design was definitely lacking. I really needed someone with inspiration and creativity to help me get the best out of my site design. As a complete novice I needed someone to make suggestions and offer ideas which did not happen. Next time I will use another service who understand that is what is needed for a complete novice. I would recommend that they ask a lot more questions and if the client is saying 'i really have no idea' to then put some examples on the table....

We seem to have different memories of what actually transpired. We offered 3 logo mockups and 2 website mockups, with different styles & colors. We did over 3 logo revisions, going above our original agreement. You then asked for changes last minute, and we complied. As for your website, you were in need of a professional design but after sending you our mockups, you decided to alter your site yourself using none our of ideas, or website mockups....

Ruth understands business concepts really well and does an amazing job of turning them into graphical delights. She was very supportive of changes in the design throughout the project and understood exactly what i wanted.
