I admitted my ineptitude with building a website and asked Zoek to take over. Their community was very targeted and the time I spent giving my then the information really sped up the process of building me a functional website. I am impressed with professionalism, team communications and the final product. So much better than I had hoped....

There was a lot of back and forth and me not getting emails returned or updated on the progress of my site. However, the account manager (Jason) stepped in, apologized and has been helpful since. I have a pretty complex site, but working through it is not very intuitive at all. The AI is amazing sometime and not great other times. My account manager has been helpful answering questions when I email him...

Amazing. After I contracted, provided my thoughts and complete text...poof, in less than two weeks had the first draft. They nailed it. I did provide requests for photo changes, shared some ideas, and bam they did it. They have a great editing site where you enter your changes, and in no time they update. Great services available too. I was very impressed with my contact, the process, their system and the final product - which took weeks. Very happy!...

Fernanda our Zoek rep was wonderful and patient and the website turned out great. I really love it and have gotten nothing but compliments about it.
I do wish Zoek had done more upfront to describe how their process worked: what kinds if files to upload, how to change, things, etc.
The lack of written directions upfront and one sloppy update on their part, made the process take way to long. But the end result was great....

the entire staff at Zoek Marketing did a phenomenal job. They provided examples of websites they recently did, I was able to find one that could model the design concept I had in mind, they listened very well and executed the work following every single one of my requests. I am very happy with my new website ! and best of all, they graciously steered cleared of judging the lack of web design skills that led me to hire their services in the first place. Very professional and do a great job!...
